These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and use of MIREVANTO Sp. z o. o. (“we”, “us”, “our”) travel eSIM plans (“Plans”) and related services (“Services”). By purchasing, installing, activating, or using a Plan, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.
1.Key Travel eSIM Notices
Coverage is not guaranteed everywhere. “Country/region coverage” means we aim to provide service via partner networks in those locations, but availability can vary by city, indoor areas, remote regions, congestion, and local restrictions.
Plan validity and activation rules matter. Your Plan may start on first network connection in a covered country/region (common for travel eSIM), or another trigger stated on the Plan page.
Device compatibility is your responsibility. Your device must support eSIM and be unlocked.
Local laws may apply. Some countries restrict eSIM use or require registration; you are responsible for compliance when travelling.
2.Definitions
“eSIM”: a digital SIM profile downloaded to an eSIM‑compatible device.
“QR Code / Activation Credentials”: the code(s) and instructions used to download the eSIM profile.
“Covered Territory”: the countries/regions listed on the Plan page.
“Validity Period”: the time period during which the Plan can be used (e.g., 1/7/15/30/90/180 days), as stated on the Plan page.
“Upstream Provider”: underlying network operator(s), roaming partner(s), and/or eSIM provisioning platform provider(s) enabling connectivity and eSIM delivery.
“You”: the purchaser and/or user of the Services.

4.What We Provide
4.1 We sell travel Plans online and deliver eSIM installation information digitally (typically by email).
4.2 We are your contractual counterparty for the Services. Connectivity is enabled through Upstream Provider(s). Certain aspects of service depend on third parties (coverage, network selection, roaming partners, speeds, outages).
4.3 Plan details shown on the Plan page and at checkout (data allowance, validity, covered countries, whether data-only, speed policy, tethering policy, etc.) form part of the contract.
5.Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
5.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase.
5.2 You are responsible for:
- confirming your device supports eSIM and is unlocked;
- ensuring you have internet access to download the eSIM profile (Wi‑Fi recommended);
- following installation steps and keeping credentials secure;
- using the Plan only in the Covered Territory and within the Validity Period.
5.3 Unless expressly permitted by us, you must not resell, transfer, or distribute the eSIM/Plan.
5.4 You are responsible for keeping enough Points on your Balance to purchase Plans and additional Services (see section 11A). Minimum and maximum Top-Up amounts are set out in section 11A.4. We may apply security checks to Top-Ups and Balance use to prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
6.Device Compatibility and Installation
6.1 Compatibility. Not all devices support eSIM. You must verify compatibility before purchase.
6.2 Unlocked device requirement. Carrier-locked devices may not accept our eSIM.
6.3 Installation timing. We recommend installing the eSIM before travel (where possible) and enabling it when you arrive, unless your Plan states otherwise.
6.4 Single-use credentials. QR Codes/activation credentials may be single-use. If you share them or install incorrectly, we may be unable to reissue.
6.5 Device settings. You may need to:
- enable the eSIM line;
- enable data roaming (common for travel eSIM);
- set the eSIM as the data line;
- configure APN settings if instructed.
7.Ordering, Delivery, and Activation/Validity
7.1 Order and delivery. After payment, we send confirmation and eSIM credentials to your email. Digital delivery may be immediate or may take a reasonable time depending on checks and provisioning.
7.2 Activation trigger. The Plan’s Validity Period starts according to the rule stated on the Plan page, which may include:
- first successful connection to a supported network in the Covered Territory; or
- installation/activation on your device; or
- another stated trigger.
If the Plan page is silent, the default is: validity starts on first network connection in the Covered Territory.
7.3 Expiry. Unused Plan data expires at the end of the Validity Period. This does not affect Points on your Balance (section 11A) or your rights under the Refund Policy.
8.Plan Features, Limits, and Fair Use
8.1 Data allowance and speed. Plans may be capped by data volume and/or subject to speed policies (including throttling after a threshold). “Unlimited” (if offered) may be subject to fair use and speed management as described on the Plan page.
8.2 Tethering/hotspot. Tethering may be allowed or restricted depending on the Plan and partner network policies. If restricted, we may limit or block hotspot usage.
8.3 VoIP and messaging apps. Use of VoIP/messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.) may be permitted but performance depends on network conditions and may be restricted by local networks.
8.4 Prohibited use. You must not use the Services for unlawful activity, spam, malware, network interference, or attempts to gain unauthorised access.
8.5 Fair use / abuse prevention. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate service to prevent fraud, abuse, excessive usage, or security risks, including where required by Upstream Providers.
9.Coverage, Quality, and Service Availability
9.1 No guarantee of coverage. Coverage maps and country lists are indicative. Actual availability depends on roaming partners, local network conditions, and local restrictions.
9.2 No guaranteed speeds. Mobile data speeds vary and are not guaranteed.
9.3 Outages and maintenance. Outages may occur. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10.Local Restrictions and Compliance While Travelling
10.1 Some countries may restrict eSIM usage, require registration, or block certain services. You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
10.2 If local restrictions prevent use of the Plan, this may not qualify for a refund unless required by law or unless we expressly state otherwise.
11.Prices, Taxes, and Payment
11.1 Prices and taxes. Plan prices are shown in Points. The value of Points, and the amount and currency of each Top-Up, are explained in section 11A. Taxes (including VAT) may apply depending on your location and the nature of the supply, and will be displayed where required.
11.2–11.4 Points, Top-Ups and your Balance. How you add, spend and get back Points is set out in section 11A.
11.5 Authorisation to charge. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your card for each Top-Up you confirm.
11.6 Pricing changes. We may change prices for Plans and additional Services at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
11.7 Errors. If we make a pricing or charging error, we may correct it and, where appropriate, refund or re-charge the correct amount in accordance with applicable law.
11.8 Card payments. Card payments are processed by [Payment provider legal name], a payment service provider that is validated as a PCI DSS service provider. Card details are entered on a payment page provided by [Payment provider legal name] and are sent directly to it. WanderSIM does not receive, store or process your full card number, expiry date or security code on its own servers. We receive only the payment result, a transaction reference and, where provided, the card brand and the last four digits.
11A. Points, Top-Ups and Balance
11A.1 What Points are. Points are prepaid store credit redeemable only for WanderSIM products. Points are not electronic money, not a deposit and not a payment instrument. Points earn no interest and can be used only on this website.
11A.2 Words we use. “Points” are the units of store credit shown on your Balance page. “Balance” is the number of Points you have available. “Top-Up” is when you buy Points by card. “Paid Points” are Points you bought through a Top-Up. “Bonus Points” are Points we give you without a Top-Up (see section 11A.13).
11A.3 What a Point is worth. 1 Point equals EUR 1. Amounts in other currencies are indicative unless stated at checkout. Plan prices are shown in Points. Before you pay for a Top-Up, checkout shows the exact amount and the currency you will be charged. Your bank or card provider may add its own fees or use its own exchange rate. We do not control these.
11A.4 Adding Points (Top-Up). You pay for a Top-Up by card ([Visa and Mastercard — confirm with the chosen payment provider]). The payment is processed by [Payment provider legal name]. The smallest Top-Up is 1 Point. The largest Top-Up is [Maximum Top-Up]. We add Points to your Balance once the payment provider tells us the payment has succeeded. If a payment is declined or still pending, no Points are added. A Top-Up is a separate order from a Plan purchase. You may withdraw from a Top-Up within 14 days. See the Refund Policy, section 3.
11A.5 Spending Points. Points may be spent in part. Remaining Points stay on your Balance. When you place an order for a Plan or an additional service, the Points for that order are taken from your Balance at that moment. If your Balance is not enough, add Points first.
11A.6 Your record. Your Balance page shows how many Points you have. Order history lists your Top-Ups and your Plan purchases.
11A.7 Points do not expire. This applies to Paid Points and to Bonus Points. If we ever decide to stop offering Points, we will give you reasonable notice and refund your unspent Paid Points.
11A.8 No transfer or cash. Points cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, except refunds under the Refund Policy or where required by law. Points cannot be moved to another user.
11A.9 Getting your Points back. You can ask for your unspent Paid Points back at any time. We refund them to the card you paid with, up to the amount you paid. How this works, and your statutory right to withdraw from a Top-Up or an order, are in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
11A.10 Closing your account. If you want to close your account, please ask for a refund of your unspent Paid Points first. We may keep records that the law requires us to keep. If we close your account, we refund your unspent Paid Points, unless the law allows or requires us to hold them back (for example, in a fraud investigation).
11A.11 Security checks. To prevent fraud and to meet our legal obligations, we may ask you to confirm who you are before we accept a Top-Up or pay a refund, and we may refuse or hold a Top-Up we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent. We refund only to the card used for the Top-Up, and only up to the amount paid with it.
11A.12 Taxes. Taxes, including VAT where they apply, are shown where the law requires.
11A.13 Bonus Points. We may add Bonus Points to your Balance without a Top-Up, for example a welcome credit when you register. Bonus Points are part of your Balance, you can spend them on Plans like other Points, and they do not expire. Bonus Points are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold. This does not limit any right you have under mandatory law. When we work out how many Paid Points you can get back, we treat the Points you have spent as Bonus Points first. Unspent Bonus Points have no cash value when an account is closed.
12.Your Right to Withdraw and Digital Content Acknowledgement
12.1 If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Consumers elsewhere keep any similar rights that their own law gives them.
12.2 For a Top-Up, you can use this right within 14 days and get back the part you have not spent.
12.3 An eSIM Plan is delivered electronically and includes a digital eSIM profile and a data package (digital content and/or a service). At checkout, before you pay, you will be asked to request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that once your eSIM has been delivered to you, you lose your right to withdraw from that order. You cannot place the order without agreeing. We send you the same text in your confirmation email.
12.4 How to use these rights, what we refund and how, is in the Refund Policy. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence.
13.Refunds, Replacements, and Troubleshooting
13.1 General approach. Your legal rights are not limited by these Terms. They are explained in the Refund Policy. Where a refund depends on our judgement, we assess it fairly and tell you the reason if we say no.
13.2 Top-Ups and Points. You can withdraw from a Top-Up within 14 days of making it and get back the part you have not spent. You can also ask for your unspent Paid Points back at any time. We refund to the card you paid with, up to the amount you paid. We refund to your Balance instead only if you clearly agree to it. Details are in the Refund Policy.
13.2A Plans bought with Points. When you buy a Plan with Points, your right to withdraw is explained in section 12.3 and the Refund Policy.
13.3 Typical eligible scenarios:
- we fail to deliver credentials and cannot remedy promptly;
- provisioning fails due to our/Upstream Provider fault and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- incorrect charge.
13.4 Typical non-eligible scenarios: These examples describe when we do not give a refund beyond your legal rights. They do not limit those rights.
- device not compatible / carrier-locked;
- wrong Plan purchased (wrong territory/validity) where information was clearly displayed;
- poor coverage in a specific location within a covered country;
- local restrictions prevent use;
- user error (deleted eSIM after activation, incorrect settings) after we provided correct instructions.
13.5 Replacements. Where feasible, we offer replacement credentials or an eSIM profile first. This does not stop you from asking for a refund where the law gives you that right.
13.6 How to request support/refund. Contact support with:
- order number, email used at purchase;
- device model/OS;
- screenshots of eSIM status/settings (redact sensitive info);
- country/city and time of issue.
14.Suspension and Termination
14.1 We may suspend/terminate Services if we reasonably suspect fraud, prohibited use, security risk, or if required by law/Upstream Providers.
14.2 If we close your account, we refund your unspent Paid Points under section 11A.10.
15.Intellectual Property
Our Website, trademarks, and content are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal travel use in accordance with these Terms.
16.Privacy and Data Protection
16.1 We process personal data under our Privacy Policy.
16.2 For provisioning and operation, we and/or Upstream Providers may process technical identifiers (e.g., eSIM identifiers and network/device identifiers).
16.3 If you purchase for another person, you confirm you have the right to provide their information.
17.Liability
17.1 Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law (including for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
17.2 Subject to clause 17.1, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill;
- issues caused by device incompatibility, carrier locks, incorrect settings, or failure to follow instructions;
- third-party network outages, roaming partner issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
17.3 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a Plan is limited to the amount you paid for that Plan. This does not limit your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
18.Disclaimer of Warranties
18.1. Reasonable efforts are taken to improve the accuracy and integrity of the Services, but complex software is never wholly free from defects, errors, and bugs. We give no warranty or representation that the Services will be wholly free from defects, errors, and bugs, such as downtime, loss of data, corrupt data, service delay, mistakes, out-of-date information, or other. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Terms, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Services, or any functionality comprising a part of the Services at any time. In no event, to the extent permitted under applicable law, will we be liable for making these changes. In exceptional and very limited cases, Services may be unavailable from time to time due to human, digital, mechanical, telecommunication, software, and other failures. We cannot predict or control when such downtime may occur and cannot control the duration of such downtime.
THE SERVICES AND WEBSITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, SUITABILITY, FUNCTIONALITY, AVAILABILITY, OR OPERATION OF THE SERVICES, SOFTWARE OR WEBSITES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, SOFTWARE OR WEBSITES. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, SOFTWARE OR WEBSITES AND FOR ANY LOSS OF OR ERRORS IN ANY DATA OR INFORMATION. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING THROUGH COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE NEITHER WARRANT NOR REPRESENT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT INFRINGE THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTIES, NOR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR ACCESS OR USE, NOR THAT OPERATION OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN ADDITION, YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM ONE JURISDICTION TO ANOTHER JURISDICTION.
19.Changes to Services and Terms
We may update these Terms and/or Plans from time to time. The Terms in force at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. Material changes for active Plans will be made only where necessary or permitted by law.
20.Complaints
If you wish to raise a concern, complaint or dispute about our Website, Plans or Services, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the matter directly.
You can submit a complaint by emailing [Support email] with the subject line “Complaint” and providing: your full name, order number (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
We will reply to your complaint within 14 days. If we need more time to look into it, we will tell you why and when you can expect an answer.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution as described in section 21.
21.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
21.1 These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
21.2 If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, as the law allows.
21.3 Out-of-court dispute resolution: [ADR body name and URL — or a statement that we do not take part].
22.Miscellaneous
Severability: invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
Assignment: we may assign this agreement to anyone at any time provided doing so does not adversely impact your rights under the agreement. You’ll need to get our permission before assigning the agreement and the person you are assigning to will need to pass our credit check.
Entire agreement: these Terms together with Plan description and referenced policies form the entire agreement.
